About Me

Ph Alessio Corradini

I’m Aldona Pieva, a passionate motorcyclist from Lithuania, and as a fourth-generation teacher, I love to share my love for motorcycles with others. Teaching, writing, and organizing motorcycle events are my strong suits, and I’m excited to be able to give motorcycling a new meaning. I’ve been riding motorcycles on and off the road for ten years now.

Meet Aldona; a wild woman in a man’s world, challenging stereotypes and pushing boundaries. We think she’s a badass. // Traction E-Rag magazine

Aldona is a badass. Not the cool and careless kind, but the kind you wish you had as a friend, as a colleague, and as a riding partner out there on the trails. The kind of badass that rocks off-road gear and braaps like there’s no tomorrow, but notices the melancholy of a golden autumn leaf dancing in the air after the dust has settled. The kind of badass that goes all-out on a media campaign to help women riders across the country, but despite the backlash, finds the strength to bounce right back up again. The kind of badass who organizes enduro rallies and events giving rides to blind and visually impaired people, but still manages to just get out there and ride.
Aldona is a contributor at Women ADV Riders. She has a refreshingly unique talent for storytelling, and we’re proud to have her on the team.
